The aim of the Bachelor’s thesis is the project of apartement building with outdoor parking in Humpolec, U Sokolovny street on plot no. 426/13. The plot is slightly sloping. The apartement building is not a basement and has six above-ground floors. The building has twenty dwelling units. The supporting perimeter wall of the above-ground part of the project consists of ceramic blocks Porotherm. All building is insulated with ETICS contact insulation system. Floor structure is made from reinforced concrete slab. The roof is hipped with dormers and burnt roofing. The outdoor parking consists of twenty seven parking spaces, two of which are barrier-free for people with reduced mobility.

This Bachelor’s thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Vlašim, located in the Central Bohemian region. It’s about separated standing basement object. Apartment building has one basement and three above-ground floors, where is eight apartment units in total, from which one is designed for people with movement disabilities. The object is based on RC foundation slab. Design of a vertical structure is from limestone blocks with thermal insulation ETICS from expanded polystyrene. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The building is roofed with a warm flat roof.

The main subject of this bachelor thesis is the new apartment building B1. The apartment building is projected in Kroměříž and it contains three above-ground floors with a residential attic and a basement, covered with gable roof. There is a garage, storage and a utility room in the basement. Each floor contains one residential unit. The apartment on the first floor is accesible for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The entrance is from the east side on Havlíčkova street. The access to the garage is on the south side. The walls of the building are made of Porotherm clay blocks. Horizontal frameworks include POT beams and MIAKO inserts. The building is based on strip foundations. The work includes project documentation of the construction.

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with a project of an apartement building and terraced garages in Havlíčkův Brod Rozkošská street on plots no. 659/39 and 659/1 that are slightly sloping. The apartement building is partial basement, it has three above-ground floors and one basement. The external wall of the above-ground part of the project is made of Porotherm clay blocks complemented with thermal insulation system according to ETICS. The external wall of the basement is designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete wall which is provided with thermal insulation. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The building is roofed with a warm flat roof. There are 11 flats with a different layout design suggest. The terraced garages will consist 11 garages for personal cars and one garage for motorbikes. The external walls are made of Porotherm clay blocks. The roof is designed as a warm flat roof.
